Mon-Chi Custom....

The week is coming to an end and here's what I've been up to this week. Making custom orders!

I get custom requests quite often these days and I really enjoy them. It is nice to step away from the designs I see and make every day and to give them a little twist. I want to encourage customers to give me custom requests as it just brightens up my day.

I think this Mon-Chi custom came out so cute and I loved making it. The ears and the little hands go so well. I might even put something up like this as a permanent listing in the shop. I have to think about it for a bit.

But it is soooo cute though!

I'm also working on a little something for my little baby girl. I will show you more photos tomorrow if I managed to finish it by then. It turned out to be allot more work than I thought. It is looking real cute at the moment though and I have no doubt it will look great once finished. More about that tomorrow! Now I'm going out on the town to get something as amazing as slippers and a night gown. Yeeey! Need to get that birth bag ready as it is only just under 4 weeks left now. Peeew!

Chicki...

This is the first out of 4 newcomers in the Tomo shop this week. This is Chicki! She is a Pouch Yeti and might be my favourite on out of the bunch. Suer cute and super pink. What is there not to love?

NOO-CHI...

Remember Mon-Chi? Well this is the third addition to the Pouch Yeti range. This is Noo-Chi! You will be able to buy him from my stall at MCM London. He won't be available in the Tomo Shop just yet, simply because I've ran out of fabric. I have to order my fabric from Swansea and have it shipped to Bournemouth now so I can't get new fabric as quick as before. But I promise, as soon as I get more fabric he will be available in the Tomo shop as well.

Painting Faces...

 Yesterday I spent all day painting Pouch Yeti and Ushi faces. It took me all day believe it or nor but soon all the Pouches and Purses will be ready for Comic Con. I have been working day and night to get everything ready. It is funny though, cause no matter how much I work it feels like I can get a stock big enough. It is hard being a one man band sometimes I guess... But I am proud of myself for working as hard as I have and I guess you just have to realize your limitations sometimes.

Also I've got plans for November which include this little fellow amongst others...... = > u < =

Ushi - Coin Purses...

Told you I would bring you something new today. These are the Ushi (meaning "Cow" (牛) in japanese) Coin Purses. I made them yesterday since I felt unproductive being ill and in bed all day. I think they came out really nice and they are definitely super kawaii!

Floom, the pouch yeti...

I spent yesterday working out my new product that I've wanted to do for a while now. Many people message me about not having an ipod or iphone but they still want a case, maybe to put other things in. So I though, why not make a proper purse or a little bag that anyone can use. And here it is! I am super happy with it and it took a bit of figuring out to get it looking the way I wanted with the zip and the lining and everything. I am proud of myself for managing to sort this little sweetie out and I can't help but walking over to give it a stroke every now and then LOL.

This is the first of many but since my budget is a bit more restricted now that my bank account don't get filled up every three months any more (the sweet life of a student) I have to do things bit by bit as money comes in. But there will be more indeed!
